During the Second World War, the Netherlands was occupied. For many, this was a fearful and uncertain time. Many people tried to be careful and followed the rules of the occupying forces for fear of punishment. Through a journey through an authentic house from the wartime, you will meet different people in stories, such as the children Jennie and Siggy. How did they experience the war and the liberation?

At the start you will receive a suitcase and you will be on your way. In fourteen assignments with a V-word , you will discover all kinds of things about this exciting time. About the Joy of Freedom and Peace that finally came, but also about the Sorrow that many people had then.

If you are between 8 and 15 years old , you can take this tour through the museum with parents, grandparents or another adult companion and you will be made to think about the importance of Peace and Freedom, also for you. You can follow this V-tour until the end of August.
