Sie k\u00f6nnen dies tun, indem Sie eine E-Mail an <strong><a href=\"mailto:info@onderduikmuseum.nl\">info@onderduikmuseum.nl<\/a><\/strong> senden.<br \/>\nUm gut beurteilen zu k\u00f6nnen, ob das Objekt eine wertvolle Erg\u00e4nzung f\u00fcr unser Museum sein kann, m\u00f6chten wir so viel wie m\u00f6glich dar\u00fcber erfahren, am besten unterst\u00fctzt durch ein oder mehrere Fotos. Die Hintergrundgeschichte ist dabei oft von unsch\u00e4tzbarem Wert: Wer war der Eigent\u00fcmer, wof\u00fcr wurde es verwendet, wann wurde es verwendet und in welcher Beziehung stehen Sie zu dem Objekt? Alle Informationen sind willkommen.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Annahmeverfahren<\/p>\n<p>Nach welchen Kriterien entscheiden wir \u00fcber die Annahme eines Objekts?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Besitzen wir bereits ein \u00e4hnliches Objekt in unserer Sammlung?<\/li>\n<li>Stellt das Objekt eine wertvolle Erg\u00e4nzung unserer bestehenden Sammlung dar?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Anhand dieser Kriterien pr\u00fcft die Sammlungskommission die Anfrage. Dabei wird sorgf\u00e4ltig abgewogen, ob das Objekt einen Mehrwert f\u00fcr unsere Best\u00e4nde bietet. Der Anbieter erh\u00e4lt eine pers\u00f6nliche Nachricht dar\u00fcber, ob wir das Objekt in unsere Sammlung aufnehmen k\u00f6nnen.  <\/p>\n<p>Falls die Kommission das Objekt als Bereicherung bewertet hat, kann es im Museum abgegeben werden. Hierf\u00fcr wird ein Termin mit dem Anbieter vereinbart. Nach Erhalt wird das Objekt erneut von der Sammlungskommission gepr\u00fcft, um die endg\u00fcltige Eignung f\u00fcr die Museumssammlung festzustellen.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Bei Annahme<\/strong><br \/>\nWenn das Nationaal Onderduikmuseum das Objekt gerne in seine Sammlung aufnehmen m\u00f6chte, wird f\u00fcr ein <em>museales Objekt<\/em> ein Schenkungsvertrag erstellt. Dieser wird dem Anbieter in zweifacher Ausfertigung per Post zugesandt, mit der Bitte, ein unterschriebenes Exemplar im beigef\u00fcgten frankierten Umschlag zur\u00fcckzusenden. Sollte das Objekt als <em>nicht museal<\/em>, sondern als <em>Requisit<\/em> eingestuft werden, kann es als Requisit angenommen werden und Sie erhalten eine Empfangsbest\u00e4tigung.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Bei Ablehnung<\/strong><br \/>\nSollte die Sammlungskommission entscheiden, das Objekt nicht aufzunehmen, wird es dem Anbieter zur\u00fcckgegeben. Falls der Anbieter das Objekt nicht zur\u00fcckerhalten m\u00f6chte, steht es dem Museum frei, \u00fcber den Gegenstand nach eigenem Ermessen zu verf\u00fcgen (z. B. Verwendung als Requisit, Weitergabe an andere Institutionen etc.). <\/p>\n<p><strong>Sie kommen mit einem Objekt direkt zum Museum?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Leider k\u00f6nnen wir in diesem Fall keine Objekte direkt entgegennehmen. Die Mitglieder der Sammlungskommission sind nicht t\u00e4glich im Museum anwesend, um eine sofortige Beurteilung vorzunehmen. Eine sorgf\u00e4ltige Abw\u00e4gung erfordert Zeit.  <strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Anmeldung am Museumsschalter: <\/strong><br \/>\nSie k\u00f6nnen ein Objekt jedoch am Schalter anmelden. Dort ist das Formular \u201eSammlungsangebot\u201c (aanbod collectie) erh\u00e4ltlich, in das Sie alle relevanten Informationen eintragen k\u00f6nnen. Auf Grundlage dieses Formulars wird die Sammlungskommission Kontakt mit Ihnen aufnehmen.
